Description

Deliver engaging live onboarding sessions for new hires.
Manage and maintain the learning management system, including setup, user access, reporting, and role-specific learning paths.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business teams to streamline onboarding processes and resolve inquiries.
Use AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot to improve content management and learning delivery efficiency.
Create and maintain onboarding documentation in Confluence.
Collect feedback from new hires and stakeholders to improve programs and resources.
Support the development and implementation of scalable onboarding processes aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure consistency in messaging and accessibility standards across onboarding content and communications.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or related learning functions.
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, with Skilljar preferred.
Experience setting up and administering structured learning paths.
Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering live sessions to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
Proficiency with Confluence and Microsoft 365 Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and navigate a matrixed organization.
Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
