Description

  • Deliver well-scoped projects on time with minimal errors and high quality, working independently with little guidance.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to design optimal solutions for new features and modules.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap and help shape technical direction.
  • Establish development best practices and drive their adoption across the team.
  • Work across teams to define interfaces, simplify integrations, and build reusable components and services.
  • Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and influence architecture and roadmap decisions.
  • Drive engineering excellence through design docs, code reviews, testing strategy, observability, rollout safety, and incident response.
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues across the stack and participate in on-call and operational rotations.
  • Improve systems to reduce operational load and increase reliability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on development experience with web technologies.
  • Strong expertise in frontend technologies including TypeScript, DOM rendering/manipulation/parsing, and ReactJS or similar UI frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one backend language, such as Python or Node.js.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals.
  • Experience working on high-scale production applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns and their applications.
  • Ability to produce highly performant, production-quality code.
  • Experience with cross-browser web extensions is a plus.
  • Experience in the AI/ML domain, especially with on-device AI models, is a plus.
