Description

  • Develop and manage content strategy and execution aligned to business priorities, audience needs, and go-to-market goals.
  • Create high-value content across digital channels, including website pages, landing pages, blog posts, customer stories, webinars, campaign assets, and thought leadership.
  • Produce polished, executive-ready presentation content for webinars, conferences, customer-facing moments, and strategic marketing programs.
  • Translate complex healthcare, operational, and AI-related topics into clear, credible, and engaging content for enterprise audiences.
  • Oversee website content, architecture, user experience, and landing pages to support engagement, lead generation, conversion, and SEO performance.
  • Own website-related KPIs (traffic, SEO, engagement, conversion, technical performance, and pipeline contribution) and continuously optimize content pathways and personalization.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Success, Sales, Communications, external agencies, and technical teams to identify content opportunities and support campaign and revenue goals.
  • Maintain and manage content systems and repositories (e.g., Vimeo, Notion, CMS), establish tagging/version control and publishing workflows, and ensure assets are organized and accessible.
  • Analyze content performance and use insights to refine editorial strategy, formats, and content pathways; manage stakeholder reviews and approvals for key assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, English, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, website management, or a related role.
  • Healthcare domain experience required (healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, provider organizations, or similarly complex healthcare environments).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with experience creating content for executive and enterprise audiences (presentation decks, webinars, thought leadership).
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, website optimization, and content performance measurement.
  • Experience with content management systems, analytics tools, and marketing platforms; familiarity with integrations across platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, strong editorial judgment, and comfort using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini to improve workflows and personalization.

  • Preferred / bonus: experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare IT, supporting enterprise sales with content and customer proof, familiarity with Marketo/GA4/SEO tools/website testing, proficiency with Notion/PathFactory/website personalization tools, experience with Elementor and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript for troubleshooting, and experience working with freelancers/agencies and in fast-paced remote environments.

  • Competitive base salary range $95,000–$125,000 plus target bonus and stock options (market-based pay).
