Description

  • Build acquisition strategies that bring new, high-quality users into target cohorts.
  • Own the full journey from first click to first purchase.
  • Design, prototype, and deploy landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding funnels.
  • Align product experiences with keyword analysis, SEO, and SEA through automated content and structure loops.
  • Iterate rapidly on UX and logic to reduce friction and improve conversion.
  • Prototype and build high-converting UI/UX and functional experiments using AI tools and MCP integrations.
  • Run A/B tests on pricing, checkout flows, and key funnels.
  • Analyze performance data, identify drop-offs, and implement fixes in the codebase or flow.
  • Automate acquisition workflows using custom scripts or AI-agentic loops.
  • Form testable hypotheses and validate them weekly through rapid shipping.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Builder, Maker, or Growth Engineer with hands-on shipping experience.
  • Strong communication skills to explain decisions and align stakeholders on commercial impact.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, MCPs, and automation to bypass traditional development bottlenecks.
  • Expertise with analytics and tracking tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
  • Background in engineering or a strong maker mindset is preferred.
  • Ability to think in terms of ROI, margins, and trade-offs.
  • Strong analytical rigor and comfort tracing performance changes to channel, pricing, or UX.
  • Experience with AI-automation and fast experimentation in a high-velocity environment.
  • Technical autonomy using no-code or low-code tools, AI agents, or similar workflows.
