Description

  • Own the cohesive product experience across Dealfront, including onboarding, navigation, global entry states, empty states, next-best actions, upgrade flows, automations, and integrations.
  • Define and evolve the information architecture and mental model, including structure, naming, and alignment with marketing and messaging.
  • Map and design end-to-end user journeys across multiple product areas to ensure a clear path from sign-up to first value and repeat value.
  • Prototype and produce high-fidelity, developer-ready UX (leveraging AI where appropriate) and iterate concepts into polished experiences.
  • Lead discovery and user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, usability tests, concept validation, and experiment learnings.
  • Own key UX microcopy and in-product messaging to reduce friction, increase clarity, and drive user action.
  • Work through the full product development cycle with engineering and PM counterparts, from discovery to build, testing, and post-release evaluation.
  • Create reusable experience patterns and conventions for flows, components, empty/default states, and guidance to speed iteration and consistency.
  • Leverage analytics and AI tooling to identify friction, accelerate prototyping, inform decisions, and increase experiment velocity.
  • Drive improvements in activation, retention, conversion, and usability metrics through research-driven iteration and experimentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management with a background in product design, UX, or a hybrid UX-PM role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on UX skills designing customer journeys, flows, and interaction patterns across a complex product surface.
  • Proven ability to produce prototypes and high-fidelity designs that are ready for implementation.
  • Experience planning and running qualitative and quantitative user research, usability tests, and experiments.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate closely with engineers, write clear PRDs, and own work through implementation.
  • Data-savvy with experience using product analytics tools and SQL to identify opportunities and validate impact.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for prototyping, iteration, and rapid building; bonus if experienced building AI-powered product experiences.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and modern front-end development (no requirement to code production systems solo).
  • Autonomous, highly collaborative, growth-minded, impact-driven, with a strong bias for shipping, and must be physically located within Europe.
