Description

  • Co-design a place-based fellowship project aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Host an ACC fellow who contributes local insight, relationships, and commitment.
  • Provide weekly 1:1 supervision, day-to-day guidance, and project support.
  • Supply a dedicated workspace and the tools or equipment needed for the fellowship.
  • Partner with Lead For America on national training, coaching, and infrastructure support.
  • Participate in shared learning by contributing data and testing approaches across communities.

Requirements

  • Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, a government entity (local, tribal, state, or federal), or a faith-based organization focused on non-religious activities.
  • Must provide a designated host site supervisor for weekly check-ins and ongoing support.
  • Must provide a dedicated workspace and necessary operational tools/equipment for the fellow.
  • Must be able to contribute a local match as part of the financial partnership.
  • Applications are for the 2026–27 program year, with a December 2026 to August 2027 term of service.
  • Host organizations should be interested in a 30–45 minute discovery call within 3 business days of submitting the form.
