Description

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and execution for service professionals across paid social, paid search, job marketplaces, and emerging channels.
  • Build, test, and optimize landing pages and signup flows to improve conversion from ad click through completed signup.
  • Develop ad copy, creative concepts, and a repeatable testing framework tailored to Pro motivations.
  • Allocate market-level spend based on supply gaps, demand signals, and unit economics across multiple markets.
  • Analyze signup, onboarding, and activation data to identify signals that predict which Pros become high performers.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, and Analytics to reduce funnel friction, improve vetting completion, and increase time to first service.
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards focused on cost per activated Pro, time to first service, and sign-up to first-service conversion.
  • Work with growth leaders and finance to forecast supply needs by market, model acquisition scenarios, and guide budget allocation.
  • Diagnose conversion issues across the post-signup funnel and help drive fixes to activation blockers.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience personally managing six- or seven-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta.
  • Strong paid social and interrupt marketing experience across channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube.
  • Experience owning landing pages and improving conversion rates through direct experimentation.
  • Supply-side marketplace acquisition experience is a bonus, such as acquiring drivers, hosts, couriers, or taskers.
  • Ability to mine data independently and use downstream outcomes to inform targeting, creative, and channel decisions.
  • Experience building strategy and infrastructure in ambiguous environments without a predefined playbook.
  • Comfort using AI tools to generate creative variants, analyze performance data, build reports, and mine audience insights.
  • Accountability for outcomes such as activated Pros and revenue impact rather than vanity metrics like impressions or clicks.
  • This is not a fit for candidates whose background is primarily agency management, paid search, inbound, customer acquisition, people management, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation.
