Description

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers throughout onboarding and ongoing engagements.
  • Guide onboarding and migration projects, including environment setup, private infrastructure, networking, and database migrations.
  • Provide consultative technical guidance on deployment workflows, application performance, and best practices within managed infrastructure.
  • Use and contribute to internal tooling to monitor customer health, usage, and risk signals proactively.
  • Investigate, triage, and resolve bespoke customer challenges end-to-end in real time.
  • Own customer communication during technical onboarding, go-live, and scale-up activities.
  • Create client-ready materials such as emails, written guides, and presentations.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally by sharing product feedback with Product and Engineering leadership.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Solutions Engineering, Support, SRE, and Product teams to support customer success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in advisory, implementation, or ongoing operational roles.
  • Experience with Laravel in a personal or professional capacity.
  • Technical literacy across web application components such as frontend, backend, database, cache, object storage, and asset bundling.
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies, including compute, networking, storage, and security.
  • Understanding of cloud tradeoffs and concepts such as serverless, autoscaling, networking/bandwidth, and databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Based in EU or APAC timezones.
  • Preferred: experience in client-facing roles such as management consulting, investment banking, technical account management, or sales engineering.
  • Preferred: experience leading or supporting implementation, migration, or cutover efforts affecting production workloads.
  • Preferred: production code experience, including side projects or hobby projects.
  • Preferred: experience in startup, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS environments.
  • Preferred: experience with platforms such as AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, Laravel Forge, Laravel Vapor, Heroku, Vercel, or Railway.
  • Preferred: side projects or open source contributions.
