Description

  • Own a product area end to end, including customer problems, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and results.
  • Spend time on live construction projects, with site teams, consultancy teams, commercial stakeholders, and product data to identify problems and opportunities.
  • Take AI-powered features from concept through production, incorporating human oversight and rigorous output evaluation where needed.
  • Define success in customer and commercial terms and measure whether products improve project outcomes.
  • Sequence work into delivery cycles, make prioritization trade-offs, and communicate decisions clearly across engineering, leadership, and other teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, consultancy delivery, growth, and customer success teams.
  • Develop product craft across the team through candid feedback, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
  • Help shape the product function and platform as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS products end to end and delivering measurable customer business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience shipping or seriously prototyping AI-powered features.
  • Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, retrieval and grounding, evaluation, hallucination risk, cost, latency, and human-in-the-loop design.
  • Ability to design products for both field users operating in difficult conditions and senior commercial or business stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership, sound decision-making with incomplete information, and accountability for results.
  • Experience identifying opportunities and using data to evaluate product impact.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, logistics, field services, or another complex operational industry preferred.
  • Experience with mobile-first or field-facing products, commercial workflows, contracts, change control, claims, cost management, or legally significant outputs preferred.
  • Go-to-market, public communication, product scaling, mentoring, or people-management experience preferred.
