Description

  • Provide daily advanced helpdesk support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with minimal disruption.
  • Improve integration and efficiency across IT tools and systems by identifying and streamlining workflows.
  • Support ISO 27001 controls, monitor vulnerabilities, and help maintain IT security and compliance.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to system reliability, governance, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist the IT Compliance & Governance Manager with strategic initiatives and act as a point of escalation or deputy when needed.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communicate technical information effectively across teams.
  • Contribute proactively to the team’s overall IT and security posture.
  • Support continuous improvement across the IT function as the team expands.

Requirements

  • Proven IT troubleshooting experience across hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and enterprise platforms such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Atlassian or similar tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Willingness to take initiative and assist team members as needed.
  • Strong awareness of IT security and compliance, particularly ISO 27001.
  • Ability to lead small IT or compliance projects from planning to execution is preferred.
  • Experience automating repetitive IT tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through previous roles or extracurricular activities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry standards or regulations related to IT compliance and governance is preferred.
