Description

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter for multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with industry best practices and company standards.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure optimal app functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to strengthen team capabilities and project outcomes.
  • Stay current with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous integration and delivery activities.
  • Manage projects end-to-end and contribute to strategic initiatives and innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Flutter developer with a strong portfolio of published mobile applications.
  • Deep understanding of the Dart programming language and Flutter framework architecture.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into Flutter apps.
  • Experience with state management techniques such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
  • Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, and animation implementation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Passion for creating seamless user experiences and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
