Description

  • Build, maintain, and update reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
  • Standardize reporting frameworks and processes.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues.
  • Analyze marketing performance across channels to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights for the activation team.
  • Support decision-making through clear internal and client-facing reporting.
  • Work within GA4, ad platforms, and call tracking tools to manage tracking and attribution.
  • Validate data integrity across sources and support tagging and tracking implementation.
  • Collaborate with activation teams to ensure timely delivery of reports.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or marketing analytics.
  • Strong experience with GA4.
  • Experience with dashboards such as Looker, Data Studio, Improvado, or SA360.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms and marketing metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with call tracking platforms such as CallRail or WhatConverts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL or advanced data tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with multi-channel marketing data is preferred.
  • Experience supporting paid media teams is preferred.
  • Experience working with US-based clients is preferred.
