Description

  • Manage and oversee other team members on a daily basis.
  • Review team members’ work, provide feedback, and ensure accountability.
  • Maintain and update internal trackers and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with venues, sponsors, photographers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Make frequent outbound phone calls on behalf of the company.
  • Ensure recurring networking events are executed smoothly and consistently.
  • Learn, maintain, and optimize existing operational systems and workflows.
  • Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Take increasing ownership of operations as the business expands into new verticals.

Requirements

  • Proven past management experience is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand and manage big-picture business operations.
  • Clear, responsive, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort making frequent phone calls and representing the company externally.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Experience managing teams and workflows is preferred.
  • Confidence serving as the face of the company with partners and vendors is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Gmail, and Docs.
  • Willingness to learn and work within simple internal systems and trackers.
