Description

Research laws and regulations related to advertising, labeling, and selling consumer goods, including FDA and EPA requirements.
Manage daily deliverables across multiple clients and categories while maintaining accuracy, quality control, and brand standards.
Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve compliance issues.
Determine appropriate responses to seller account issues using standard practices and procedures.
Analyze federal and state legislation, regulations, and policies and provide actionable compliance guidance.
Communicate legal requirements clearly to internal stakeholders, clients, and department teams.
Draft Amazon appeals, Plans of Action, and related documents under manager supervision.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve compliance issues and prevent future cases.
Serve as a point of contact for daily requests from internal departments and company clients.
Gather, track, and prepare documents for compliance investigations and maintain ongoing compliance monitoring.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Up to 2 years of experience in the regulatory or compliance field.
eCommerce or digital content experience preferred.
Ability to communicate basic regulatory matters clearly and effectively.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret compliance and regulatory language.
Experience safeguarding confidential information and using sound business judgment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, or similar software.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
