Description

Research laws, regulations, and Amazon policies related to eCommerce compliance, including advertising, labeling, and consumer goods requirements.
Manage daily deliverables across multiple clients and categories while meeting accuracy, efficiency, quality control, and brand standards.
Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve compliance issues.
Determine appropriate responses to seller account issues using standard practices and procedures.
Analyze federal and state legislation, regulations, and policies and provide actionable compliance guidance.
Communicate legal and regulatory requirements clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Draft Amazon appeals, Plans of Action, and other compliance documents under manager supervision.
Work with internal departments and brand management to resolve issues and prevent future compliance cases.
Track, gather, and prepare documents for compliance investigations and other assigned matters.
Maintain communication with managers, clients, and internal departments to address daily requests and keep parties aligned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Up to 2 years of experience in the regulatory or compliance field.
eCommerce or digital content experience preferred.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret compliance and regulatory language.
Ability to communicate basic regulatory matters with clarity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, or similar software.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to safeguard confidential information and use sound business judgment.
