Description

  • Develop and implement a paid user acquisition strategy for the TutTam mobile app and website.
  • Launch, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Research and test new user acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
  • Track and improve key marketing metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, Retention, and Conversion Rate.
  • Work with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and other analytics and attribution tools.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to prepare advertising materials.
  • Build reports and dashboards to evaluate marketing performance.
  • Participate in defining and validating growth hypotheses for product development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a PPC Specialist, Performance Marketing Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Experience with mobile apps and app promotion.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • Understanding of attribution, analytics, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing user acquisition cost.
  • Ability to work with data and make decisions based on metrics.
  • Understanding of product analytics and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards.
  • Experience in FoodTech, eCommerce, marketplaces, or HoReCa is a plus.
  • Experience launching campaigns for new products or startups is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SimilarWeb, Serpstat, or other competitive analysis tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar attribution platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of product metrics such as CAC, LTV, Retention, Conversion Rate, and ROAS is a plus.
  • Experience running A/B tests is a plus.
