Description

  • Provide technical support for the FPNA and FMP systems.
  • Perform administrative tasks in the systems, including error resolution, incident handling, service restoration, user administration, and user request fulfillment.
  • Configure FPNA and FMP systems.
  • Create operational reports from FPNA and FMP systems.
  • Develop macro commands to automate processes within the systems.
  • Set up monitoring metrics and oversee system backups.
  • Prepare and submit requests to Oracle Support.
  • Install and test new patches and system updates for FPNA and FMP.
  • Collaborate with developers and track the completion of assigned development tasks.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving and expanding the systems.

Requirements

  • Understanding of budgeting systems and management reporting processes.
  • At least 3 years of ERP system administration experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, including Planning and Financial Consolidation and Close modules.
  • Strong Oracle database skills and proficiency in PL/SQL, including script writing and database object management.
  • Experience with Oracle database tools such as PL/SQL Developer or Toad.
  • Experience working with Linux and writing bash scripts.
  • Higher technical education in information technology.
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2).
