Description

  • Build trusted relationships with client executives and technology stakeholders.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to align on priorities.
  • Serve as the escalation point for client concerns and manage technical challenges and product requirements.
  • Define success criteria and governance for the technical pillar of the program.
  • Own the Kraken platform localisation plan to meet client expectations while aligning with the Kraken roadmap.
  • Summarize client needs, timelines, and considerations into structured internal inputs for platform localisation and development.
  • Direct internal Kraken software developers and external partners on technical deliverables.
  • Support the client in meeting business needs through technology delivery.
  • Understand Kraken infrastructure and align client direction with Kraken platform and business goals.
  • Set up training programs to upskill the client’s technical team.
  • Advocate for the Kraken delivery approach and support mindset shifts around technology delivery.

Requirements

  • Technical mindset with experience in engineering-led industries.
  • Experience managing complex technology implementation or migration programs in a sector-relevant context.
  • Proven experience in software adaptation, deployment, and integration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge non-optimal approaches in favor of simplicity.
  • Experience managing long-term, fast-paced programs with the ability to operate at both high level and detailed levels.
  • Ability to directly manage a team and manage processes that drive client outcomes.
  • Strong technical aptitude and logical problem-solving skills within an agile working framework.
  • Ability to quickly understand the technical capabilities and constraints of the Kraken platform.
  • Business acumen to place technology decisions in the context of client and company goals.
