Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable real-time data pipelines for analytics and operational use cases.
Implement and maintain data pipelines, SDKs, and data governance tools.
Automate pipelines and build observability frameworks to support platform reliability.
Create pipelines that enable business teams to deliver core events across the company.
Own and operate cloud-based infrastructure under a "you build it, you run it" model.
Develop and manage data products in collaboration with product managers, analysts, and engineering teams.
Mentor and support other engineers while contributing to a collaborative engineering culture.
Build a deep understanding of the business domain and work across teams with multiple dependencies.
Own features end-to-end from design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in DevOps, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.
Strong proficiency in Java.
Experience with streaming platforms or message queues such as Kafka, Kinesis, or RabbitMQ.
Solid understanding of distributed systems and related architectural trade-offs.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi (preferred).
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
Familiarity with stream processing frameworks such as Flink, Kafka Streams, or Spark (preferred).
Experience with Python (preferred).
