Description

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for engaging user interfaces.
  • Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to improve the end-to-end experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.
  • Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to maintain UI consistency across products.
  • Ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and adapt well to different screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape solutions for complex problems.
  • Use AI-assisted design workflows to support research synthesis, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and iteration.
  • Stay current on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and efficiency to the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience designing intuitive interfaces for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products.
  • A portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex design challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain design decisions clearly.
  • Experience with or creation of comprehensive design systems such as Material Design, Bootstrap, or custom systems.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG and responsive design principles.
  • Experience designing complex dashboards and data visualization components for enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or Miro.
  • Proficiency with AI-driven design tools such as Figma AI, Claude, or similar for research, ideation, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Experience or strong interest in designing AI-powered features with attention to transparency, explainability, user trust, and ethics, especially in HealthTech.
  • Experience designing for healthcare or B2B enterprise applications is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-driven design tools for AI-assisted research synthesis, rapid wireframing, or high-fidelity prototyping is preferred.
  • Exposure to human-AI interaction design principles in complex enterprise or HealthTech products is a bonus.
