Description

  • Build and maintain Soluna’s sign-up and onboarding flows.
  • Collaborate with product, design, delivery, and engineers to design and ship features for launch.
  • Support product-led growth initiatives through engineering work.
  • Participate in peer testing and code review to maintain quality without a dedicated QA function.
  • Take part in squad ceremonies including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and monthly engineering/product meetings.
  • Use mentoring and the skills matrix to identify growth areas and develop professionally.
  • Contribute to self-serve systems for commercial contracts as part of the launch work.

Requirements

  • Hands-on software engineering experience with less than 3 years of business/professional experience.
  • Comfortable with pair programming and collaborative development.
  • Strong interest in architecture and how systems fit together.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset.
  • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Compassion for colleagues and connection to Kooth’s mission of making mental health support accessible to everyone.
  • Early-career engineer looking for the next step after building solid foundations.
  • Ability to work home-based with occasional travel for team meetings and off-sites.
  • DBS check required prior to appointment.
