Description

  • Prepare product listings, bundles, promotions, pricing, and stock settings for live commerce shows.
  • Upload, organise, and schedule products within live selling platforms such as WhatNot and eBay Live.
  • Maintain a centralised results tracker and schedule shows in line with the live commerce calendar.
  • Coordinate with operations and stock planners to ensure inventory is available for planned sessions.
  • Flag potential stock issues before and after live shows.
  • Ensure product descriptions, images, and listing details are accurate and ready for live promotion.
  • Support the live commerce team during live sessions where required.
  • Monitor and process cancellation requests during and after shows.
  • Assist with managing comments, feedback, and customer enquiries where necessary.
  • Compile and organise post-session performance data and document session outcomes for internal reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes consistently.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms, dashboards, and e-commerce systems.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online product listings.
  • Confident written and spoken English.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work efficiently in remote environments.
  • Ability to work aligned with UK business hours.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience using productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 and Teams, or similar.
  • Experience managing spreadsheets or product data.
  • Experience with WhatNot, eBay Live, or other live commerce platforms is desirable.
  • Previous experience supporting live selling sessions or livestream operations is desirable.
  • Experience working in a D2C e-commerce business is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of sales performance metrics or e-commerce analytics is desirable.
  • Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-market e-commerce businesses is desirable.
