Description

  • Assist customers over the phone and email with product and service questions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails across multiple customer channels.
  • Proactively identify solutions to customer questions during each interaction.
  • Own customer issues from start to finish and drive them to resolution.
  • Provide technical support to customers navigating the website.
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Escalate customer feedback to help improve the overall experience.
  • Create a positive, delightful experience even when customers are frustrated.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the veterinary or healthcare space.
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • Ability to work 9:30am - 6pm ET, Monday - Friday.
  • Comfortable working in virtual environments and speaking with customers by phone for the duration of the shift.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Broadband internet connection at home with minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed.
  • Ability to work in a private, distraction-free home environment.
  • 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience working virtually preferred.
  • Experience in veterinary or pet care preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member preferred.
  • Resides in the United States and is authorized to work without employer sponsorship.
