Description

  • Build end-to-end backend solutions for product initiatives using distributed systems and AI technologies.
  • Improve existing products and develop new capabilities that support company growth.
  • Solve complex technical problems by exploring options and evaluating business and technical trade-offs.
  • Contribute to team discussions and help shape technology decisions.
  • Ship well-designed, thoroughly tested solutions with strong reliability and performance.
  • Own core infrastructure for template rendering, engagement tracking, and compliance-related services.
  • Ensure messages are rendered correctly, tracked accurately, and delivered within strict SLOs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to unblock work and drive broader impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
  • Experience with distributed systems.
  • Experience building end-to-end software solutions.
  • Proven track record of building high-quality products and systems with clean, maintainable code.
  • Familiarity with AI tools that enhance the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with code reviews and robust testing practices.
  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.
  • Python experience is preferred.
  • Golang experience is preferred.
  • AWS or experience building cloud-native solutions is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onboarding, team meetings, client or partner work, or industry events.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $116,000 to $174,000 USD for U.S. locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Equity may be included in the total compensation package.
