Description

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Global System Integrator (GSI) partners.
  • Design and deliver technical workshops, certification paths, and training sessions for partners.
  • Enable partners to build and run demos, sandboxes, and custom proofs of concept.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships to create blueprints, reference architectures, and co-branded solution packages.
  • Shape and accelerate RFP pursuits with partners by developing technical strategies and assets.
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with executive and technical stakeholders across partner organizations.
  • Advocate for partner needs internally and influence the product roadmap with partner feedback.
  • Identify recurring implementation challenges and design scalable, reusable technical solutions.
  • Prototype tools, connectors, and integration frameworks to improve partner and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar field.
  • Strong architectural understanding of modern web technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Practitioner-level knowledge of APIs, SDKs, iPaaS, codebase navigation, and integration patterns.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools, customer data platforms, e-commerce systems, mobile applications, analytics, ad tech, or data science.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from developers to C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with complex enterprise sales cycles and structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC, or ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to build technical roadmaps and enablement strategies in ambiguous environments.
  • Up to 10% travel required for onboarding, partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
  • Experience with enterprise customers and modern, optimized technical solutions is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $156,800 to $235,200 USD for U.S. locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, where applicable.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in the total compensation package.

  • Flexible travel expectations, with travel coordinated in advance.
