Description

  • Reimagine core People workflows such as recruiting, onboarding, performance, and daily tasks through an AI-first approach.
  • Design and build AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agents that automate and augment People processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Architect and implement systems that integrate with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Sana, and internal Klaviyo tools.
  • Partner with the internal IT AI team to define best practices for prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, versioning, testing, security, and observability.
  • Identify high-leverage opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI-native solutions.
  • Define success metrics tied to efficiency gains, time savings, and operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a thought partner to People leadership on AI opportunities and operating-model changes.
  • Design systems that protect sensitive employee data with strong security, privacy, and governance controls.
  • Collaborate with Security, Legal, Global IT, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant AI deployment.
  • Build reusable frameworks, playbooks, training materials, and enablement resources so People teams can use AI confidently.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of engineering or data engineering experience.
  • 2+ years building AI/ML or LLM-powered solutions that delivered tangible business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to set technical direction and build 0→1 systems with meaningful organizational impact.
  • Strong experience with Python, SQL, and modern APIs.
  • Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Experience designing AI-powered workflows, agents, or copilots.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise SaaS systems such as HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Experience designing scalable systems, automation frameworks, and internal tools.
  • Experience working with sensitive data and implementing responsible AI practices.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience with People/HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Sana is a plus.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Workato, or Zapier is a plus.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments is a plus.
  • Contributions to AI governance, internal AI platforms, or experimentation frameworks are a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $140,000 to $210,000 USD for U.S. locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Equity as part of the total compensation package.
  • Sign-on payments may be included.
  • Comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
  • Flexible travel expectations, with up to 10% travel as needed and coordinated in advance.
