Description

  • Build, train, deploy, and monitor advanced predictive and time-series models for use cases such as demand forecasting, capacity planning, deal scoring, and customer propensity.
  • Lead deep-dive statistical analyses using regression, causal inference, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, and related methods to identify actionable signals in large datasets.
  • Architect and implement AI-first analyses and tooling using large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and related techniques.
  • Own end-to-end forecasting and operational decision systems, including production pipelines that support GTM and Support planning workflows.
  • Develop and maintain prospect, deal health, archetype, and capacity models that inform GTM strategy, planning, and growth initiatives.
  • Define, create, and steward benchmarks and metrics that measure growth, engagement, and success outcomes.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear executive-ready narratives and materials that influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Systems & Engineering, GTM Operations, Rev Ops & Planning, Product, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Finance to ensure solutions are integrated, scalable, and trusted.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in an advanced analytics or data science role; SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in statistical inference and modeling, including regression, classification, gradient boosting, decision trees, clustering, PCA, anomaly detection, and topic modeling.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, or LLM-integrated analytics workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, including pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, xgboost, statsmodels, and LLM/AI libraries such as LangChain, OpenAI SDK, or HuggingFace.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, with working knowledge of dbt.
  • Experience owning and scaling end-to-end data pipelines, including orchestration with Airflow and transformation/modeling with dbt.
  • Experience developing and iterating on time-series forecasting frameworks such as ARIMA/SARIMAX, ETS, MSTL, and machine learning-based models.
  • Experience building data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, ThoughtSpot, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with distributed coding projects and Git for code management.
  • Strong project ownership, including working to a roadmap, managing milestones and deliverables, and delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of materials for executive audiences.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $120,000 to $180,000 USD for US locations.
  • Participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Equity as part of the total compensation package.
  • Sign-on payments may be included in the total compensation package.
  • Comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits, subject to eligibility.
  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events, coordinated in advance.
