Description

  • Own the strategy, content, cadence, and community for the client's social channels across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and publish timely content that responds to the AI and tech news cycle when important developments occur.
  • Create content that speaks effectively to both Western tech audiences and audiences in the Middle East.
  • Work with the communications, product, and executive teams to turn complex ideas into clear, accessible social content.
  • Manage content calendars, coordinate assets, and keep the content pipeline moving for launches, events, and announcements.
  • Track social performance and report honestly on what is and is not working.
  • Set social media strategy and execute campaigns and day-to-day content work with equal ownership.
  • Collaborate across time zones in a distributed team and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of social media experience, ideally in B2B tech, AI, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong writing ability in English.
  • Arabic fluency is a genuine plus.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and working across time zones in a distributed team.
  • Deep interest in tech and AI, with active awareness of the online conversation and news cycle.
  • Understanding of cultural nuances between MENA and Western audiences.
  • Ability to move quickly and make decisions based on data.
  • Bonus points for AI/ML literacy.
  • Bonus points for enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Bonus points for experience with GCC markets, basic visual/content creation skills, and startup or scale-up experience.
