Description

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for IT issues and service requests for 13 M&E studios, coordinating timely resolution and clear communication with Global Service Delivery teams.
  • Lead and manage studio migrations and adoption of Google Workplace, including driving adoption and optimizing use of AI tools.
  • Oversee ServiceNow adoption, including tailoring the service catalogue to enable automation and streamlined IT service management.
  • Manage rollout of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) initiatives, including new hardware RFP processes and standardized asset management protocols.
  • Lead Software Asset Management (SAM) efforts to consolidate software, optimize usage, and reduce costs.
  • Guide studios through integration and adoption of ERP and Workday Contingent Worker platforms.
  • Develop and execute detailed change management and transition plans, produce documentation, and deliver training to minimize disruption.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with studio leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure IT initiatives deliver value.
  • Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects and priorities across geographically distributed creative studios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, service transition, or a similar role, preferably within a global organization.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale technology adoption projects (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, ERP).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in or with creative industries such as Media & Entertainment or video games is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Workplace, ServiceNow, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and ERP/Workday platforms (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
  • Ability to work as a contractor in the Americas (United States) and operate in a remote working pattern.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate: US$62 to US$87 per hour, depending on experience.
