Description

  • Deliver timely, high-quality support to players through ticketing, email, or chat.
  • Investigate and resolve player inquiries and technical issues following established procedures.
  • Escalate issues promptly when needed and maintain accurate case documentation and reporting.
  • Gather, organize, and communicate player feedback to developers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on project-related requests and support workflows.
  • Use and customize macros and knowledge base resources to improve support efficiency.
  • Support quality control processes and help maintain high service standards.
  • Participate in training sessions and manage time effectively to meet player needs.
  • Provide translations when required to ensure clear communication with players.

Requirements

  • Native-level Traditional Chinese (Mandarin) language skills and business-level English proficiency.
  • Availability to work full-time, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills for player support.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and player needs.
  • Accountability and reliability in handling player inquiries and issues.
  • Proactive mindset with basic troubleshooting skills for technical challenges.
  • Proficiency in navigating knowledge bases and using CRM tools such as Helpshift or Zendesk.
  • Experience with MS Office or Google Suite applications.
  • Previous customer service or service industry experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with community platforms such as Discord or Slack is an asset.
  • Passion for video games is a plus.
