Description

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, emerging trends, and unmet customer needs to generate revenue for the AI service line.
  • Research markets, analyze data (industry reports, CRM data, competitor intelligence) and extract actionable insights to inform targeting and strategy.
  • Develop and articulate compelling, long-term value propositions that translate technical AI capabilities into clear business benefits for different stakeholders.
  • Prospect, engage, qualify, and manage client relationships using a consultative selling approach and active listening to surface underlying needs.
  • Negotiate deals and close contracts that are mutually beneficial and profitable while navigating objections and complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Build and nurture internal and external networks (sales, marketing, product, operations, partners, industry influencers) and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and account management to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, deliverable, and smoothly handed off post-sale.
  • Own the sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue outcomes, proactively managing performance and adapting strategies based on results and setbacks.
  • Leverage CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and market intelligence platforms to optimize workflow, tracking, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field; MBA or specialized certifications (sales methodologies, negotiation, industry-specific) highly advantageous.
  • 3–5+ years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or business development in a solutions-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving measurable business growth.
  • Experience in the target industry (e.g., video games, media, technology services) is preferred and signals immediate domain knowledge and network.
  • Experience developing new market segments or launching new service offerings.
  • Working knowledge of artificial intelligence, agentic AI, and applications of LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and how they apply to products and services.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and market intelligence platforms.
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills, including active listening, storytelling, stakeholder adaptation, and negotiation.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, accountable for pipeline and forecasts, and able to pivot strategies in response to changing market conditions.
