Description

  • Own and develop the HR analytics dashboard so it remains accurate, accessible, and useful to senior leadership.
  • Design and maintain the underlying data architecture, ETL pipelines, and API integrations with core HR platforms.
  • Build dedicated dashboard views for People Metrics, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
  • Run BAU HR reporting while improving automation, self-service, and GDPR-compliant data handling.
  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and tools, including automated processes, intelligent pipelines, and document processing.
  • Develop production HR AI applications using the Anthropic API and other AI platforms for use cases such as attrition analysis, policy Q&A, and candidate processing.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks and make practical recommendations on adoption.
  • Act as the go-to AI expert for HR, running enablement sessions and building confidence across the team.
  • Help HR and G&A colleagues identify AI and data opportunities and build their own capability.
  • Own the People dashboard as a product, present insights to leadership, and align the technology roadmap with HR and business priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven Python development experience building data applications, dashboards, or internal tools in production.
  • Hands-on data engineering experience with ETL pipelines, API integrations, and data transformation from multiple sources.
  • Production experience with AI/LLM APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar.
  • Solid AWS knowledge and experience with data visualisation frameworks such as Streamlit or Plotly.
  • Experience with SSO and enterprise authentication, including OAuth2, SAML, and Azure AD / Entra ID.
  • Strong understanding of privacy, security, and compliance requirements for sensitive employee data.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly autonomous and comfortable working as the sole technical contributor.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS, including API or OData integration, is desirable.
  • Power BI experience, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboards for non-technical audiences, is desirable.
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI is desirable.
  • Experience designing or delivering digital learning programmes is desirable.
  • Microsoft Azure and/or Terraform experience is desirable.
  • Keyloop does not require academic qualifications for this role; selection is based on experience and potential.
