Description

  • Set product vision and guide high-level product design and experience decisions.
  • Lead UX and UI workstreams across the full product lifecycle, from information architecture and user journeys through development handoff.
  • Design new features and improve existing products while establishing scalable UX/UI patterns across platforms.
  • Balance team leadership with direct, hands-on product design contributions.
  • Break large projects into manageable workstreams, delegate work to designers, and apply learnings across streams.
  • Partner with Strategy, Production, and Development teams throughout projects.
  • Build client relationships and align business goals with consumer experience needs.
  • Adapt design approaches for quick-turn optimization work and early-stage product visioning.
  • Manage and mentor product designers at all levels and support their career growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive product design and interaction design experience in an agency or related environment.
  • Experience designing native iOS and Android applications, websites, and internal tools.
  • Design leadership experience across the product lifecycle, from early definition through launch.
  • Experience leading both UX and UI design workstreams.
  • Proven ability to communicate with senior clients and present to executive leadership.
  • Experience delivering user-focused solutions across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, or consumer technology.
  • Experience working in agile product design and development models.
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior through senior product designers.
  • Fluency using AI tools in design workflows, including AI-enabled feature design, vibe coding, and rapid prototyping.

Benefits

  • Target compensation range of $190,000–$220,000, based on skills, experience, and location.
