Description

  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for managerial and senior-level candidates.
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Use data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics and improve the recruitment process.
  • Manage recruitment work for exclusive search projects with no competition from other agencies.
  • Engage with international clients and partners in a professional, client-facing capacity.
  • Support recruitment and partnership development activities across new markets and companies.
  • Contribute to operational improvement and strategic problem-solving within the recruitment function.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment with a strong understanding of recruitment company operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and partnership development.
  • Track record of identifying and qualifying managerial and senior-level talent.
  • Independent, proactive, energetic, and resourceful approach to work.
  • Operational management experience and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sales ability to sell solutions and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor suited to working with international clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • International experience is not required; the company will provide training.

  • Competitive base salary plus commission.
  • Monthly payout of 75K–150K ZAR.
  • Average commission of 33,000 ZAR per placement.
