Description

  • Support the content team across social media, press releases, video projects, and presentation decks.
  • Assist with refining copy for ads, posts, and outreach materials.
  • Maintain content calendars and track deliverables.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread content across multiple formats.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather briefs, source information, and ensure content accuracy.
  • Prepare and format decks, reports, and client-facing materials.
  • Schedule and publish content across social media channels.
  • Support video production coordination, including briefing, scheduling, and asset management.
  • Compile content performance reports for the team.
  • Maintain consistency of brand voice and visual standards across all content.

Requirements

  • Some experience in a content, marketing, communications, or related support role.
  • Strong written English with a strong sense of tone, clarity, and brand voice.
  • Ability to switch between US and British English with ease (preferred).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable working with content calendars or project management tools.
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Proficiency with standard tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, or similar.
  • Exposure to content or marketing work across multiple brands or entities (nice to have).
  • Interest or experience in multimedia content, including video or audio formats (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with professional services, recruitment, or executive search content (nice to have).
  • Basic understanding of social media scheduling tools (nice to have).
