Description

  • Facilitate technical interviews through Karat's platform and create a positive candidate experience.
  • Evaluate candidates' coding skills, technical knowledge, communication, coding style, and problem-solving approach.
  • Provide objective feedback that helps improve hiring signals and reduce bias in the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.
  • Support inclusive hiring practices for candidates around the world.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
  • Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred, including interviews on data structures and algorithms.
  • Must be located in one of the countries listed on Karat's website.
  • Resumes must be submitted in English.
  • This is a contractor/freelancer opportunity paid based on tasks performed.
