Description

  • Facilitate technical interviews through Karat's platform.
  • Create a positive and inclusive candidate experience during interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates’ fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge.
  • Assess candidate performance, including coding style, communication, knowledge question responses, and coding approach.
  • Help mitigate bias and improve hiring signals through objective evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable internet connection.
  • Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred, including interviews on data structures and algorithms.
  • Must be eligible to apply from one of the countries listed on Karat’s website.
