Description

  • Partner with the VP of Product to shape product vision, portfolio priorities, and the long-term roadmap.
  • Develop business cases for new initiatives, including ROI analysis, cost considerations, risk assessment, and success metrics.
  • Translate company objectives into outcome-driven roadmaps grounded in measurable impact.
  • Align priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product direction.
  • Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions and identify growth, monetization, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select third-party vendors or technology partners.
  • Lead vendor due diligence, contract evaluation, implementation planning, onboarding, and integration.
  • Act as Product Owner for key initiatives, drive delivery from concept through launch, and measure post-release performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex initiatives, platforms, or portfolios.
  • Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or other regulated or risk-managed environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, operational efficiency gains, or improved sales performance.
  • Ability to operate strategically while driving execution across long-term direction and day-to-day delivery.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to make principled tradeoffs balancing risk, speed, and value.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity within fast-moving or evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and external partners across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive and technical/non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach and attention to detail.
  • Professional certifications in Product Management and/or Agile Practices preferred.
  • Experience managing sales-related products and processes preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and API integrations preferred.
