Description

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, from sales scoping through project closure.
  • Translate client requirements, objectives, and goals into detailed project plans and delivery processes.
  • Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and project documentation.
  • Partner with Client Success to execute implementation plans for strategic clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, customers, and internal project stakeholders.
  • Apply project management methodologies, tools, policies, and procedures across implementations.
  • Identify project changes, change orders, and budget updates; assess impacts and lead mitigation plans.
  • Document lessons learned and recommend improvements to project processes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in project management.
  • Experience implementing enterprise-class SaaS or AI software.
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, without requiring people-management experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Prior experience working directly with external clients.
  • Understanding of project commercials, including statements of work, budgeting, and resourcing.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, technology implementations, or consulting (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Salary range of $140,000–$170,000 USD, with final compensation based on experience, interview performance, and location.
