Description

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
  • Conduct market research and analyze vendors’ capabilities, pricing, and product or service quality.
  • Evaluate and negotiate supplier agreements and contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Create and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Work with internal teams to identify procurement needs and specifications.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve invoice and delivery discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, orders, and vendor information.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in procurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and principles.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of legal and commercial aspects of procurement.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
