Description

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, Emiratization requirements, and other statutory regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, employment contracts, corporate documentation, and manage renewals of corporate licenses, permits, and regulatory filings.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE legal requirements and Kaizen’s culture.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational design by defining job descriptions, reporting lines, and departmental structures to optimize workforce allocation.
  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and ensuring adherence to UAE recruitment regulations and Emiratization targets.
  • Facilitate remote onboarding and ensure proper documentation and smooth integration for all new hires.
  • Administer performance management processes and handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in line with UAE labor laws and HR policies.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives, maintain training and certification records, and support continuous professional development.
  • Track, analyze, and report HR metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment efficiency, employee engagement) and provide data-driven insights to management.
  • Manage HR systems and related IT assets, ensuring data integrity, HR software administration, remote access management, and secure digital documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR operations or management.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, employment regulations, and Emiratization requirements.
  • Proven expertise in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Experience managing HR operations remotely while ensuring compliance with UAE laws and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with HR systems, HR software administration, data integrity, and HR metrics/reporting.
  • Experience coordinating training, professional development, and employee engagement initiatives.
