Description

  • Own the product lifecycle for the partnership domain, from strategy and roadmap optimization through feature rollout and iteration.
  • Conduct regular customer discovery sessions with key regional partners worldwide to identify operational bottlenecks and partner needs.
  • Write detailed product requirements documents to refine complex backend logic and partner calculation workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Partnership teams to deliver product enhancements that support pitching and onboarding large affiliate networks.
  • Continuously improve the partner onboarding flow to reduce friction for new IBs starting operations and referring traffic.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in B2B, B2B2C, Affiliate Platforms, IB Portals, or AdTech solutions.
  • Deep understanding of partnership reward models such as CPA, Revenue Share, Rebates, and CPL, including multi-level commission structures.
  • Strong technical understanding of marketing tracking systems, including cookies, attribution models, Server-to-Server postbacks, API integrations, and tracking links.
  • Experience improving or managing complex billing, financial calculation, or payout engines.
  • Excellent data analytics skills to measure product usage and optimize the partner experience.
  • Strong B2B empathy and understanding of a partner's mindset and business priorities.
  • Commercial acumen to align product improvements with both company and partner revenue goals.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to solve critical edge cases calmly and structurally under pressure.
  • Direct experience with IB programs in the CFD, Forex, or Crypto exchange industries is a plus.
  • Experience scaling custom-built, in-house partnership ecosystems and tracking solutions from the ground up is a plus.
  • Understanding of global regulatory and compliance nuances related to partner payouts and affiliate marketing in financial services is a plus.
