Description

  • Build a scalable and secure IT environment that supports rapid business movement without creating operational barriers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Security team on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Lead and manage distributed IT Administration and Help Desk teams of 30-35 engineers.
  • Define, monitor, and improve SLA/KPI metrics using operational data.
  • Analyze team performance and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency through automation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, hardware providers, and external service partners.
  • Own strategic planning and budgeting for business expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or IT Help Desk.
  • At least 1+ year of experience managing infrastructure and support engineering teams of 20+ people.
  • Experience working in high-availability, high-security international environments.
  • Strong experience with vendor management, budgeting, procurement, and operational planning.
  • Advanced experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, and Proxmox.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, security concepts, and enterprise infrastructure architecture.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM methodologies and operational best practices.
  • Experience implementing and improving SLA-driven support processes.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to scale infrastructure alongside business growth.
  • Strong ownership mentality and high standards for operational excellence.
  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher, required for stakeholder management and technical documentation.
  • Experience in FinTech, Trading, or other high-load environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Zero Trust architecture and modern IAM approaches is preferred.
  • Scripting or programming experience with Python or Bash is preferred.
