Description

  • Set a multi-year experience vision and prioritize investments across the admin console, end-user experience, AI-assisted, and agent-driven workflows.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Own the design of critical end-to-end workflows, ensuring they are consistent, intuitive, self-service, and reliable in success and failure scenarios.
  • Design trusted, low-friction security experiences for permissions, policies, sign-in, recovery, and alerts.
  • Drive customer adoption and onboarding through in-product guidance, announcements, and onboarding experiences.
  • Establish experience measurement using NPS, product feedback, support data, and research, and lead actions based on findings.
  • Lead discovery, usability testing, and post-launch measurement to inform product decisions.
  • Set quality, accessibility, design-system, and Figma-to-code governance standards.
  • Build, organize, and develop a distributed design team; lead hiring, critiques, skillshares, and design operations.
  • Make AI-enabled design practices practical and repeatable across research, synthesis, and code-based prototyping.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product design experience, including 4+ years leading design managers and multidisciplinary teams in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated record of improving product experiences with measurable results in adoption, task success, support volume, or NPS.
  • Experience shaping AI-powered or agent-driven product experiences.
  • Experience with complex, technical, or security-critical products; identity, security, device management, IT, or developer tools experience is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience building and prototyping in code with AI tools such as Claude or Cursor.
  • Advanced Figma expertise, including components, variables, tokens, and design systems at scale.
  • Ability to use data to prioritize UI, AI-assisted, and headless experiences.
  • Strong communication skills with senior leaders, including the ability to challenge decisions when needed.
  • Experience leading distributed teams across time zones, particularly in the US, India, and Turkey (preferred).
  • Portfolio with two or three case studies showing work from problem through shipped outcome, including AI usage (preferred).
