Description

  • Evaluate and transform platform architecture to incorporate emerging AI capabilities.
  • Define and champion an AI vision aligned with business goals in the identity space.
  • Advise the Head of Engineering and executive leadership on AI, product, and engineering strategy.
  • Architect secure, scalable AI-driven systems for high-volume global identity workflows.
  • Mentor engineers and engineering managers and strengthen technical capabilities across the organization.
  • Conduct technical competitive analysis of AI and identity markets to inform architectural and product advantages.
  • Adapt technical strategy as AI models, frameworks, and security requirements evolve.
  • Participate in assigned on-call shifts and respond to alerts.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of software engineering or architecture experience, including 4+ years focused on deep AI integrations.
  • Experience in IAM, Directory-as-a-Service, Zero Trust, endpoint management, or similar domains.
  • Track record designing, building, and maintaining distributed cloud architectures and data pipelines at massive scale.
  • Ability to drive architectural change and rapidly adopt emerging technologies.
  • Proven technical leadership, mentorship, and influence across engineering organizations.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts as clear strategic guidance for executive audiences.
  • Strong competitive-analysis skills and ability to translate industry trends into architectural advantages.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Authorization to work in the country specified in the job description.
  • Experience with public technical thought leadership, privacy and security practices, hands-on coding in Python, Go, Rust, or similar, cloud AI ecosystems and Kubernetes/Docker, or high-growth startups (preferred).
