Description

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability analysis to understand user needs and product pain points.
  • Design end-to-end product experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Create detailed design deliverables that enable engineers to implement solutions confidently.
  • Work within and contribute to the shared design system to maintain consistency across products.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers during sprint planning, product discussions, and implementation.
  • Share designs early, incorporate feedback, and iterate throughout the design and development process.
  • Analyze user behavior and product usage data to identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Communicate design decisions, rationale, and tradeoffs to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensure designs are intuitive, cohesive, and aligned with user needs and business goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing digital products, including web, mobile, or both.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating the full design process from discovery through delivery.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and developer handoff workflows.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, interaction design, and usability principles.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Experience building, maintaining, or contributing to a design system.
  • Ability to use analytics, user behavior data, and funnel metrics to inform design decisions.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development concepts and constraints.
  • Experience designing accessible products for users with diverse needs and abilities.
