Description

  • Build, run, and continuously improve high-scale enterprise outreach campaigns aligned with the go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Content, and Product teams to define ICPs and craft tailored value propositions.
  • Create and customize outbound content, messaging, and CTAs that resonate with target ICPs and industries.
  • Proactively test and introduce new outreach tools, automations, formats, and workflows to improve performance.
  • Use integrations, automation platforms, and outbound tools to execute account-based marketing outreach with precision and speed.
  • Design and carry out experimentation-driven outbound marketing, including creative testing and iterative improvement.
  • Monitor outreach performance and iterate on campaigns, workflows, and content to optimize results and scale successful approaches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SDR/BDR or similar sales development role.
  • Strong command of outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
  • Ability to create and customize outbound content, messaging, and CTAs based on target ICPs and industry.
  • Strong English proficiency with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Availability to work fully within GMT hours (fully remote, global team).
  • Ability to create repeatable workflows across multiple platforms and tools (preferred).
  • Experience using GenAI models for audio, short videos, GIFs, or images (preferred).
  • Familiarity with experimentation-driven outbound marketing (creative testing, iterations) and prior exposure to fast-moving startups or scale-ups, especially in B2B, ecommerce, shopping, or retail verticals (preferred).
  • Self-driven, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, collaborative, and open to feedback.
