Description

  • Monitor and analyze competitor creatives in global HR-tech and AI product markets.
  • Research target audiences, candidate and employer needs, pain points, and insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPM, and ROAS to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create briefs, tasks, scripts, and concepts for static, video, UGC, and banner creatives.
  • Build test hypotheses and run creative experiments across advertising platforms.
  • Manage creative projects from idea to final delivery, including quality control and deadline tracking.
  • Review creative and campaign performance to determine what is working and what needs improvement.
  • Develop new hypotheses and systematically test different visual, messaging, and creative approaches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Creative or Marketing Producer in an IT product company, digital agency, or performance marketing environment.
  • Experience creating Facebook ads video creatives in vertical format.
  • Ability to analyze KPIs and propose improvement hypotheses.
  • Strong research skills across audiences, competitors, and products.
  • Understanding of advertising platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Google, and performance marketing principles.
  • Competence in static and video production from concept through final approval.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful creatives.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly share ideas with the team.
