Description

  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ creatives in the global HR tech and AI product markets.
  • Research target audiences, candidate and employer needs, pain points, and market insights.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPM, and ROAS to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create tasks for static creatives and write scripts for video, UGC, and static banner ads.
  • Build test hypotheses and run experiments across advertising platforms.
  • Manage creative projects from idea to final delivery, including briefs, quality control, and deadlines.
  • Review the effectiveness of creatives and advertising campaigns.
  • Develop insights to improve visuals, messaging, and creative mechanics.
  • Propose new hypotheses and systematically test creative approaches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Creative or Marketing Producer in an IT product company, digital agency, or performance marketing environment.
  • Experience creating Facebook ads video and vertical-format creatives.
  • Ability to analyze key performance indicators and propose improvement hypotheses.
  • Strong research skills focused on audiences, competitors, and product insights.
  • Understanding of advertising platforms including Facebook, TikTok, and Google, as well as performance marketing principles.
  • Experience producing static and video creatives from concept through final approval.
  • Portfolio showcasing successful creatives.
  • English and Russian proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly share ideas with the team.
