Description

  • Architect Solana programs using Solana native and Anchor programming models.
  • Build safe, secure, and performant code.
  • Write public-facing test plans and documentation for produced code.
  • Build substantial testing infrastructure to validate code against defined specifications.
  • Collaborate with the team and customers to leverage internal knowledge and tooling.
  • Drive features and products from beginning to end with extreme ownership.
  • Investigate performance bottlenecks and debug problems across the full stack.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of systems programming experience with Rust, C, or C++.
  • Experience writing multiple Solana programs using Solana native programming or the Anchor framework.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience breaking down complex problems into simple solutions.
  • Experience working at a startup with fewer than 50 people.
  • Security background (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the DeFi landscape (preferred).
